Payment Terms
We strive to make financial transactions as seamless as possible. Here are our payment terms:
- Invoicing: Clients will receive invoices as per the agreed project milestones or payment schedule.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
- Currency: All payments must be made in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing & Fees
- Project Costs: All fees are outlined in the project proposal/contract. Any additional work beyond the scope will be billed separately with prior approval.
- Taxes: Applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be added as per Indian tax laws.
- Late Payments: A late fee of 1.5% per month (or maximum allowed by law) will apply for overdue payments.
Refund Policy
- Service Cancellation: If a project is terminated by the client before completion, refunds (if applicable) will be prorated based on work completed.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Initial deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable as specified in the contract.
- Disputes: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of invoice receipt.
Financial Confidentiality
- All financial transactions and client payment details are kept strictly confidential and secured using encryption.
- We comply with PCI-DSS standards for card payments and do not store sensitive payment data on our servers.
Compliance with Indian Financial Regulations
We adhere to all applicable financial regulations in India:
- RBI Guidelines for digital payments
- Income Tax Act, 1961 (PAN/TDS deductions if applicable)
- GST Laws for invoicing and tax compliance
Changes to Pricing or Policy
We reserve the right to update our money policy as needed. Clients will be notified 30 days in advance of any changes to pricing or payment terms.
